help me Identify a tree!

I have seen trees in peoples gardens recently that I really like but can’t identify, they are small in height (about 6-8ft) most people have them well pruned so that they are straight up and down (tube shaped) and at this time of year the leaves have all changed completely peach and white coloured (no green at all), as time goes on they seem to be changing prodomently more ivory coloured, i would really like one for my own garden.

This sounds like the variegated poplar, Populus candiacans ‘Aurora’, which shows coloured leaves in June and later leaves trun green again.

It is a vigorous medium sized tree, usually cut back hard to make it sprout more of the colourful leaves.
