Can you give me some information on young FIELD MAPLE whips . How often should i water them ?, how much Fertiliser should i give them? , when would be the best time of the year to prune them?,what kind of soil should they be grown in ?

Field maple is pretty much like any other tree. Make sure they do not dry out until they start actively growing. Feed only if the soil is poor. No pruning is needed except to take out rival lead shoots. Field maple grows in any good fertile soil that is not waterlogged in winter.
