Marie Menton asked 14 years ago

One of my standard Millenium roses was broken down with very harsh wind and rain in August. I was wondering can they still bepurchased and if not is it possible to propogatefrom one of my other millenium roses.

Standard roses tend to get top-heavy and break.

You can take cuttings next July of young shoots, dippedin rooting powder and into a mix of 2 peat: 1 sand or vermiculite and into a white plastic bag in a bright place out of direct sunlight. Most roses takes easily this way, pot up when rooted.
