new shoots

Maria Porter asked 14 years ago

I was asking advise earlier in the year regarding a corydline tree that I thought was completely finished after the frost. I am now delighted to say that the base is covered with new shoots, brilliant but is it best to thin out the shoots and have just a few remaining?

Take out or leave as many as you like, cutting off dead wood a little above the new shoots.
