Should I be cutting of all the side leaves, without fruits, on my tomatoes plants, or shold I keep some on? Thanks, Maire

From the start of August take off all shoots and do not allow more fruit to set, but leave all leaves in place, except the lower ones, to about one metre, especially if they have yellowed.
