I bought some rhubard which was red in the advert but it is very green. What can I do to make it red?

If it is a young plant, it is not able to shade the stems and they tend to be more green. As it grows it will create better shading or you could cover the stools in early spring to force them a little and to give good red colour.
The colour does not matter when it comes to using the rhubarb.
