I need to repot my 3year old raspberries permanently are 50litre pots sufficient.

Raspberry canes are much better off in the open soil as they tend to dry out an get stunted in a pot, but if needs must, then a 50 litlre pot is reasonable. Raspberry plants like good drainage but do not like to be dry.
