Hi,I’m looking to track down a Coronilla Citrina Glauca x6 – but having problems in sourcing – The nearest I can get is the coronilla emerus.Is there any differences in the two?I have been trying to source the Citrina for over a year now with no success.I have had a design done by Gordon Ledbetter in the April Edition2007 of the Irish Garden and I’m looking to close out on the project by trying to source this shrubAll other plants, trees and shrubs have been sourced and photos of the Garden are updated on your Web Site.I would love to source this plant to complete his design. Coronilla is normally be sold as Coronilla glauca which is deep yellow not lemon-yellow.
It is more likely that you will get the one you want in spring in flower, its full correct name is Coronilla velutina ssp. glauca ‘Citrina’.
Like most other plants, this is occasionally available, not a standard stock item, sold when in flower and hardly at all outside of that. Impossible to say who might have it at any given time.
