I have a beautiful Camelia Donation in bloom and would like to use it in an arrangment for church, how does it do as a cut flower? What way should it best be treated? Thanks

Camellias last for a while, a few days, as a cut flower. You should re-cut the stems under water, remvoing about 5cm to reduce air-blockages in the stems. If the stems are plunged in cold water overnight, the draw-up of water is sometimes improved.
