Very Tall Cactus

Gerry, Could you please advise on the attached picture of my cactus it is so tall it is tipping the roof of my conservatory…. Thanks a million, Poppy

This looks like the ‘old man cactus’, Cephalocereus senilis, which can grwo very tall.

When it reaches the roof and begins to bend, and probably fall over, you can cut the top third off. The cut piece can be allowed to dry its surface for a couple of weeks and then can be potted up for a new plant.
