I have never seen any for sale in Ireland. I'd be interested to know if they could be purchased anywhere too. I got some lovely ones in France some years ago, very cheap. They are everywhere in France and all the villages look fab as you drive through them. The following link has a good selection, but it's in USA. I have got some stuff from USA before and they are sometimes cheaper than getting from UK.

Any good garden centre would stock them, They had them in Lissarda garden centre Co Cork the last time I called in there. They are available in plastic or metal, especially made to hook over a railing. Very handy actually!
