Just a few suggestions:
- It might be more user friendly if the forum links were in one column that was the with of the current two columns combined.
- The word “Forum” above each forum detracts from the forum titles. I don’t think it’s necessary.
- It may be useful to have the forums grouped under headings. For example “Where do you get it?” and “Seed and plant swap” could maybe be under one heading etc.
- Gardens abroad and Places to go could be become “Garden Visits”, and “Meets & Events.”
Ornamental Garden and Kitchen Garden could both do with an "ing". i.e. gardening.
It would be nice to have “Welcome Mat: Introduce yourself” forum.

Any other forum and I would have had several replies by now. My suggestion would be to find a volunteer to look after/moderate the forums, welcome new people, and keep the forums active and afloat.

Hi I'm a new member and love your idea of a welcome mat for new bee's. I dont know anyone on the site and have no 'friends' yet. Very sad

Hi Rainy, I've just added you as a friend.
A couple of more Talk page suggestions...
- Emoticons
- a "View new posts" option
Apologies to the website administrators (if this website actually has any) for being persistent pain in the backside. It's just I believe this website has huge potential.
Regards,
Bruno

Hi All, I so agree with Riany and Bruno... I LOVE the site but am a little lost on how to jump into communications (& no I have no friends either ...sad ... I am appalling on all things techno) But what i lack on the laptop I make up for in the garden! If it were possible to log in and see what conversations were new and running it might be easier to join in. I am currently living in Boston (under 3 feet of snow - bad for gardening!) so i am loving reading about the snow drops coming up and spring just around the corner for you guys. Gotta tell you - I'm jealous! Suzy ps. all friends welcome!
