I would like to tell LindaB that I bought an Echium Webbii 2 years ago in Scalp wood.and keep it in a large pot ina sheltered corner. During both winters I covered it with layers of newspaper and it rewarded me with several stems of longlasting flowers! good luck to you too.

Just saw your post now as don't look in this section too often, thank you for that, I have it indoors still and is doing really well, I may chance putting it out next year, it is a great talking point in the kitchen!
