First year gardeners are the 'twin and i' with our own patches to boot.
but our soil is awful, so we are told. where could we get some topsoil and compost around the dun laoghaire area.
we are both disabled but absolutely loving our new found gardens and competition is rife!
I would love to source the following:
'Angel's Fishing Rod'
broom reed, Elegia capenis
'Silver Scrolls'
'Caramel'
Chocolate ruffle
Spotlight - last four are heucheras, i am told!
also Allium sphaerocephalon
Any suggestions for 'hardy climbers' with delicate flowers in pastel shades or even strong shades actually, come to think of it.
well thats quite a mouthful so best end and shall do with a large dollup of hope!

Hi Patiopally, I am not sure if you got sorted with your compost & topsoil. Not to be to commercial about it but our company www.quickcrop.ie deliver 1 tonne bags of topsoil & compost all over the country. If you had someone with a large trailer who could pick it up for you, you can get great compost from a company called Enrich in Kilcock, Co.Kildare
