HI,
I too have found it difficult to purchase those bags wholesale for the suppler direct unless you were a reseller of those products. You could try contacting them, but they will tell you to go to a garden centre for deals!
I found a company that supplied large loads directly to our allotment, Enrich.ie. but they also sell one cubic meter bag( which is 1000 ltrs = 10 of those garden centre 100ltrs bags) to garden centres, etc. Pound for pound it worked out better, I found there peat-free compost great for most of my plot. The fact that it is organic is a plus
