I am not sure if we are the only ones with this problem - our Daffodils are taking their time this year, the tulips have started coming out 3 weeks ago - but the daffodils are not even half out?
We live in a very exposed area, and last year planted a lot of new tulip bulbs, but the daffodils were planted the previous year and sure they would have acclimatised by now - especially if the tulips have already?
Any suggestions?

Hi, My sister like you, lives in a very exposed area and planted a new bed. She has had the same problem this year. She was expecting a good show, with the amount of bulbs she planted but not only were they very slow but she got very few flowers.

Hi Thanks for the reply, a lot of them turned up blind - which means lack of water - I think - but it was a wet year last year, so i am feeding and watering them - for next year, the tulips certainly did not stay long - i assume its the dry weather - but them's the joys,
