Hi
I was down at Lought Eske Castle this week. Here are some photo's of hard landscaping at it's best. Although it isn't to everyone's taste it it makes great use of a sloping site.
Cheers

At the moment photographs aren't allowed on the forum but I would suggest you add the photos to an album on your Garden.ie Club Profile page and point people to that.

Thanks Fvillena,
I have put the photo's into a file named in my profile.

This is turning out to be a What not to do for the forum!
I put the file name in bold and it has disappeared..... I'll try again
The photo's are in a file called - Patio ideas from Donegal
Cheers
They will probably be a bit of a let down now!

Indeed and the issue with bolding etc has also been resolved.
Anyone looking for the above photos can find them here

You're right - it looks like a great use of the slope. Our garden has a slope too but the patio there would probably be bigger than our entire garden! I'm based in Wicklow but if I'm up that way I'll certainly put it on my list
