I hope that someone in the community can help me with this one. I have been using hops to produce craft beers for a year or so now, but I would like to attempt to grow my own plants, rather than rely on imported varieties. I can source plants online from Britain to be shipped over, but does anyone know of anywhere in Ireland that sells hop plants? Thanks in advance, MacDara

I bought a Hop plant in Hennesey's Garden Centre in Rosslare, Wexford at the end of last summer. they have a website you can check out. www.hgc.ie HTH...

I have also just sourced a hop (humulus lupulus) plant at the Secret Garden centre in North Cork - one of the few garden centres both to respond to my online query and to have the plant in stock! They are truly excellent!
