I will try to be off some help to you. I start of everything in the greenhouse and plant it out then. This works for most veg I grow except carrots. You will find all gardeners have their own method, and you will find one that works best for you, its trial and error. I never plant anything out till after St Paddys day. I start with early potatoes, shallots and main crop onions from mid to late march. I sow my cabbage seeds ( greyhound) in pots and plant out when ready. Usually sow 6 heads at a time and sow every fortnight. I sow all year round lettuce at this time. Usually I leave it to june before I sow oakleaf and frizzy. You can sow spinach and radishes at this time. Late spring onwards you can sow every veg you can think off. Late summer I just sow brussel sprouts and spring cabbage. Autumn and winter dine well on your harvest. I hope this is of some help and I hope other gardeners give you more help as there is a few who grow more varieties of veg than I do
