Some months ago I emptied a few remaining home collected seeds into a tray. Now I have tray full of what I cant remember. Some look like foxgloves seedlings, and others may well be Gladioli (thought they were grass first) but theres a third one I cant ID. To the right of photo in clumps a darker green. Trouble is I have enough young plants about already. O well I suppose I better get potting up, again.........

Can anyone ID the little pink flowers, it grows everywhere around my garden with very little encouragement. You know Iam useless at names.

Sometimes you have to fight fire with fire!. I find these dummy grey crow decoys really keep the crows and pigeons from rooting about in the beds & borders. I had already lost some young plants before comming up with this approach. Works too but you might find some greys visiting but at least they dont go rooting about!!

Most of today was spent weeding the vegetable garden. On my knees for most of it and I must say the old back was complaining a little. Lot to be said for raised beds..Still it looks all the better for it.

Nice to see the Color returning to various parts of the Garden

If anyone can name the "Old Rose" type from the photo I would be grateful?? It produces every year but they are delicate and fleeting...

I love the blue geranium and it produces masses of flowers with very little attention.

The Peonie again is so delicate and rain or wind quickly end their colourful lives, pity.
