Today I am feeling so much better and I have just seen both your journals and wished me well... Thank you both.

Your photos are lovely Rachel and thank you putting them up.

I went to bed  after Rachel left and stayed there until 5 am. and came down for a cuppa and paracetamol ... and then slept until 10 am. so up I got as usual no aches or pains so I am fine .   so sorry I did not go to  Cabinteely but another time.

Yesterday was such a bad day I spent it indoors but this guy was on the wall for ages in the rain so I went and got the camera .... and when I came back he was eating his catch,    am sure someone knows what he was???

Battered Tulips today......

With this weather how could they not be battered . I went for a walk to the beach today and as we can hear the roar from the sea we had to have a peek and wow! it was raging as you can see, it has calmed down now so hopefully we get our nice weather back.

My favourite plant of the day.

We went to visit this beautiful garden today as I have not been there at this time of the year,  We arrived at lunch time so we had a lovely lunch topped with a lovely gateaux diane...

We then started to our lovely walk and wow! what a flash of lightining and thunder that would deafen you and I am scared of both so in we went to the glasshouse and stayed there until it was safe to go out again.  

I took loads of photos but I was trying to put some up but no luck will try again later .

Home in time to see Supergarden and feet up.

Saturday 28th April . 

Same setting perfect colour.

My favourite colour Tulip.

I put up a journal about the colour of the Poppy not the right colour and I was looking at the other photos taken with the same setting, and this Tulip is this exact colour and it is my favourite colour.

Just went to the garden in between showers and noticed this very large poppy open and when I came in to download it and noticed the colour was not as it  is, but when I went out again to take it with a different setting it had gone asleep, all cuddled up so will have to wait for another day.

My little Acer is doing fine and I have had it for about  3 years but look at this very large leaf........ I dont like it ,  do I just take it off ? .

I have been taking photos nearly all day and some were miles to close and fuzzy and had to start all over again so I put some plotos up and it took for ages to upload .... This one is Wallflowers which have been flowering for about a month now..... 

Do not forget    Supergarden which starts on Tuesday  RTE 1.

Yipee! I was able to get on at last...

Tulip ..I just love it.

Oh! it is great to be able to log on again it was my comp. not Garden.ie so much to see and maybe catch up I will try.

My wonderful son got it fixed as also  my camera  I was able to take photos alright but yesterday morning he as trying to take a photo of the fork lightning and he said it as faulty ..... so back it  went and a replacement came my way.

Today was such a beauty but I did not do a lot as I was trying out my camera and am so happy with it.

Sons are the bestest.....I think today...
