Small raised bed
This is the second one that has gone in this week. This one is smaller than the first

Compost
Yesterday I top dressed the new raised bed with 0ver 60 wheel barrows of home made compost

This huge compost heap will be emptied into the new raised area.

Starting to fill it
Lifted the turf off the raised lawn and removed all the soil from the raised bed beside it and the soil that was under the lawn as it was too rich. Wheel barrowed it into the new raised bed. On the raised lawn area I dumped clay, gravel, home made compost and set the turves back on .

Sleepers
This weekend i hope to turn this pile of sleepers in to a raised bed at the bottom of the garden.
