hi all. was off fri, sat and sun. spent fri entertaining and showing off the garden. sold some plants yipeeee. charles, charlene and myself raked stones of a piece of earth which will join into the larger of the two lawns. had a visit from a gardener friend, we exchanged ideas, gardening books, plants and presents. had a lovely time. quickly made dinner and headed off to a 40th wedding anniversary party. had a hoolie till the wee hours. sunday was chill out day. back to work today!!!! will read up on what been happening later.

thank you all for comments and good wishes. arrived in lk about 7.40am. got set up by 8am. unfortunately according to regulars it was one of the quietest carboot sales since xmas. think people are saving the pennies for easter.there was two nursery suppliers there too.
it cost 15 euro for the jeep and i made 29 euro. dissapointing. from now on a lot of unwanted seedlings will be going to the compost heap. sold mainly ladysmantle, hosta, ornamental h/radish and aquilega. a few tomatoe and mangetout plants. anyway it was an interesting morning. laft at 12 noon. busy week again at work.looking forward to being off fri,sat and sun.

made a decision at the wkend to go to a local carboot sale and sell surplus plants- tomatoes and perrenials.have bits and piecies potted up since lastyear ( hate throwing seedlings on the compost heap) been busy at work this week some evenings just too shattered to do much.
spent last nite sorting through what to sell and taking them as far as the veg garden gate. have to load up the jeep tonight and be ready to leave around 7 00am. have colourful labels done and prices in mind. have loads of change and a few cardboard boxes and plants tray thingies as well for "customers". a foldaway chair and my little radio. wish me luck.

what a glorious day, its so good to feel the heat of the sun on your face or on your back. not much gardening done, had a wee walk, yes martin, a wee walk. visit a neighbour. watered the veg transplants and the seedlings in the tunnel.
a friend came by, hi maria, and we had a lovely evening roaming around the gardens. had tea and homebaking.

been under the weather this week. getting back on my feet, will update soon. weather on the mend today , went for a wee walk this evening, the heat of the sun was glorious. take care all.

greetings all. hope you have a relaxing day. been busy in veg garden and seed sowing on fri and sat. also been doing my bit as courier of fresh flowers from my garden to family and friends. have 1000's of daffs but they are ontheir last legs after the wind and rain. have a great day and catch up soon.
