A little ray of sunshine in the garden
Good job it's in the garden 'cause it sure isn't in the sky. I was given a slip of this Evening Primrose on the 19th July from my friend Margaret. Didn't expect it to do anything this year but just look at it now!!!! It is such a vivid yellow it really is a ray of sunshine. Thanks Margaret!!!

A last fleeting glance of Summer!!!
We have been visited by hundreds of these in the past few days!!! They love these flowers on the mint!! Everytime anyone walked by the plant a "swarm" of them would fly off. Just beautiful!!!
