buxus feeding

Mary OSullivan asked 13 years ago

My buxus are a yellowish green and not the deep rich green they once were. The feeds I have treated them with just give growth spurts requiring alot of work trimming but no not restore the deep lush green colour they used to have. A friend suggested iron treatments, Is this correct? What should I use?

SUlphate of iron watered onto the root area, 15g in 10 litres of water and about two litres per plant should give a boost to these plants and green them up.

Apply it once and see how it goes but not more than 3 times.
