buxus pyramids look dead folage all yellow and falling off, have watered and feed with buxus feed out of Lidl. .. any ideas thanks

with either too little or too much water at the roots.

Lack of drainage in the pot can cause waterlogging and the roots die, so the top dies for lack of water because the roots don’t work. The symptoms appear similar.
Ensure the pots are draining well. Do not feed. Water only enough to keep the compost moist, never dry or wet.
Having said that, they are unlikely to recover as the damage sounds severe.
