hemerocallis not flowering

I have a number of hemerocallis in my garden ; they failed to flower in last no of years ; i divided clumps last year to no avail ; some are in full sun some in partial shade; any ideas?

Hemerocallis are generally very reliable, good in fertile soil in full sunshine in soil that does not dry out too much in summer. The soil may be too dry, or challenged by the roots of  trees or shrubs.

It is possible that they have eelworm or virus disease, but this is unusual. See about the water requirement and give some feeding, then if there is no improvement, consider replacing them.
