I’m being invaded with millipedes, what can I spray on them or how can I prevent them coming into the house & going up the outside walls? Please help!

There is nothing you can really do about this or need to do. Millipedes become active in spring as the weather warms and they move around a bit, but they will soon disperse and there will be very few.
Sparying the walls with insecticides is unnecessary and likely to be ineffective in any case.
