My Question is when is the right time too move conifer tree about 4 years old?

A coinfer at 4 years old should move alright in late March or April. Wrap with horticultrual fleece for a couple of weeks after moving and water regularly but not too much. About once a week or ten days is enough but give about 20 litres.
