Pea Nuts and Coffee Beans

I have just planted the above in my polytunnel.When can I tell when they are ready for picking?

Peanuts, if sown in the shells, quite often germinate and make a plant but need more sunshine than we get. And coffee beans are roasted and dead, or if green and unroasted, have had their skins removed and will not sprout.
