Problems with Rosemary hedge

Eleanor Lawlor asked 13 years ago

I have a rosemary hedge that was planted about 2 years ago. With the snow, it is now looking really really sick. Alot of the branches look dead and are shedding their needles. However there are still a few green sprigs (granted looking worse for wear) .Do you know how I could revive my rosemary hedge? Or what should I do?

Your rosemary hedge has taken some weather damage, especially if it was trimmed late in the growing season. It is best trimmed in summer when it has a chance to make some new foliage before winter. it will produce new growth in spring.
