Ihave planted Red Robin last year and my question is what fertiliser to use on it can i use 10-10-20 as have this already for my lawn which was also sown last year.

A general fertiliser such as 10-10-20 is suitable for use on young trees and shrubs to get good early growth.
It is also suitable for fertilising ground for a new lawn but it is not really ideal for use on a lawn once established, as the send 10 and the 20, phosphorus and potash as not needed in such high ratio. But it will still work, at least the first 10, the nitrogen, will, even if the ratio of nitrogen should be higher, about double.
