Whats the difference between Round up and Round up pro Biactive. which is best as a general weedkiller?

Roundup and Roundup Pro Biactive both contain the same amounts of active ingredient glyphosate.
But the Biactive formulation has added surfactants that allow better entry of the herbicide into the weed foliage.
