Rowan tree

I have a rowan tree for about 10 yrs it flowers every yr but I never get berries. What is wrong?

If rowan grows in good soil it often makes a big tree but does not flower well. Try applying potash at 50gm per square metre as far as the spread of the branches, each spring for 3 years. This might tip the balance back to fruiting.
