I laid a turf lawn last year. Early June this year I used feed on the lawn. Three weeks later I used feed and weed liquid on the lawn. Now I find a lot of tiny dark brown mushrooms on the lawn. I would be grateful if you would let me know how to eliminate these mushrooms

These are probably just feeding on the dead roots of grass or may be coming through from below. SImply brush them away or trample them down. Soon they will run out of food and not appear. It is normal to have some fungi after a warm spell and rain.
