Virginia creeper, where can I buy it, how much should I expect to pay for it, when should I plant it, and how far apart should I plant it?

Most garden centres would stock Virginia creeper. Prices vary according to size of plant. Plant from a pot any time but best now. To cover a wall quickly, plant about two metres apart but one plant will cover a house in time, but take decades.
