I have a 10yr old yucca. It was repotted approx.4yrs ago. I put it out on my deck for 2 weeks a year ago. Although the new growth is perfect the bottom leaves are turning brown and this brown is eventually making its way up the leaves. Could it have been infected outside os should I just dump it as the old leaves are very unsightly.

Sounds like it is pot-bound and starved.
Try feeding it every 2 weeks between April and September with a liquid fertilizer such as Miracle Grow or Phostrogen.
