Yucca is a house plant and considered too tender to be planted outdoors, because forst would kill it. However, there are some examples around Dublin that have been planted out years ago and have thrived, though not flowered.

Navan is colder than Dublin in winter and it might be too cold, but it is worth a try. You could plant it out in May in good soil in a sunny spot.

The other option would be to cut the top off the plant in March and it will re-sprout, keep it watered.
