moving a camellia

Is this a good time to move a camellia ? Any advice re same?

Camellia is a broad-leaved evergreen and these run the risk of desiccation of the leaves during the colder months, before the roots can actively grow out into surrounding soil and provide moisture.

It would be better moved in early autumn, when there is still growth, or late spring when growth has renewed.
