I have just invested in two new apple trees, Discovery and Katya, also have an old unproductive tree.when should I spray and with what? have sulphate of phosphate to feed in next few days .thanks

‘Discovery’ and ‘Katya’ are both relatively resistant to apple scab and are unlikely to need spraying, but the old tree migh be susceptible and if its fruit was scabbed last year, it will need spraying from when the leaves begin to expand just after budbreak.
