I made some compost tea in May (using nettles and comfrey) and gave everything a good feed with it. Now there is still plenty left but I’m wondering is it a) too old and b) too late to feed plants this time of year?

Nettle and comfrey give a boost of nutrients, not just element sbut amino acids and peptides, enzymes and so on. Some of these break down in storage but it will still be useable if not quite as good.
There is no point in feeding now, but you could use it over vegetable ground if you wished.
