where can i get frames or can I make frames for tunnel. Recession times need to build a polytunnel can I use recycle material?

It is possible but quite tricky to make the tubular hoops for a polythene tunnel. You might get them second hand. The tubes need to be bent around an arch of stakes, or using a special jig.
It is also possible to make cold frames with old windows, taken out when double glazing is put in.
