I put a fuchsia into a pot to grow as it wasn’t doing well in the ground. its in flower now and outgrown the pot. Can i move it now? into ground or new pot? or should i wait until the flowering stops later in the year?

If it is in a pot, that means you can move all of its root system without damage, and so it can be done now.

But remember that until it roots out into the surrounding soil, it might as well be in a pot and will need watering once a week for a few weeks.
