Griselinia hedge

I have a beautiful griselinia hedge but since we had that terrible cold weather I have noticed that the leaves are falling off will this do the hedge any harm?

Griselinia is not completely hardy and it can be killed outright by a hard frost. It sounds bad but it might not be killed to the roots and resprout.  All you can do is wait and see. You may have to dig it out or do a lot of pruning back of dead material.
