I planted a bare rooted Griselinia Hedge two years ago this March, I am worried about the hard frost we are havingat the moment. It seemed fine during the smow but now I am seeing some leaf dropage and a bit of discoulour with it. Is there any thing I can do to protect it? It is quite long, I planted about 150+ plants so its not that easy to cover it.

There is nothing you can do, but wait and see what happens. It may not be too badly damaged.
