I have been having problems with growing seedings in my propagator. They all die, they flop over and they have very thin stems and don’t form their true leaves.

It sounds like these seeds are not getting enough light and probably too much heat. It might also be too wet and damping disease, which rots the roots, is affecting them.
Give more light as soon as the seedlings sprout and ventilate more, watering less.
