Non flowering laburnum tree

I have a laburnum tree which has never flowered I have it about 2 years , any suggestions or does it take a few years for it to flower?

It is normal for laburnum, if it is otherwise growing well, to take a few years to flower. It likes well-drained, even sandy, soil and flowers sooner in this.
