Plum Tree

I planted a plum tree seven years ago it only produced fruit last year only two. It is situated between apple trees that are flush with fruit every year. The plum tree produces blossoms but no fruit. Any help please

Plum trees sometimes take time to settle into fruiting. If you have blossom, you will get fruit but sometimes frost can upset fruiting. Also it is important to only summer prune to reduce unwanted shoots, shortening back to pencil length. Pruning too hard upsets fruiting.

Finally, apply 30g per square metre of sulphate of potash for three springs in a row including this year.
