can I prune trees now eg Copper beech and 3 others do I take off the new growth form last year I live in the Lough Dan area so we get very hard frosts. I also want to move some Hydrangea when is the best time.

Trees do not need to be pruned if there is space for them to grow. Hydrangeas can be moved when the leaves are off.
