I have had my rhubarb under pots for the winter to get them to come up early..there is signs of shoots now..would it be ok 2 take covers off now or should i wait til frosts are completely gone?

Pots are put over rhubarb to get those elongated red stalks and if you take the pots off these will go the normal green. Also hard frost will burn the leaves of rhubarb that has been covered. So leave them in place until you use some of the rhubarb.
